Josh Bohney
I bring over a decade of construction experience as a subcontractor, project manager, designer/sales, and division director. When the opportunity came to run my own business, roofing and home improvement were a natural fit, there's something satisfying about a family getting a beautiful new roof, new siding, or new windows in a matter of days, not months. I came aboard National Home Improvement & Roofing to bring that same standard of craftsmanship and honesty to homeowners across Colorado, where I was born and raised. Outside of work, I'm kept busy by my wife and our two young daughters, with a son on the way, all under the age of three! When I get a spare moment, you'll usually find me chasing an adventure in the mountains. I am building this team with the belief that a company is only as good as the people behind it, and every home should be treated like it's our own.

If you've called National Home Improvement & Roofing, chances are Joyce picked up. Now in her 26th year with the company, Joyce keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, coordinating crews, managing the calendar, and making sure sales and production never run into logjams. She knows nearly every customer by name and is usually the very first friendly voice they hear. A Colorado native who grew up in Glenwood Springs, Joyce and her husband count themselves lucky that both their grown sons still live nearby: Daniel, a middle school math teacher who loves connecting with kids through skate camps, and David, a data analyst for a consulting firm. Outside the office, Joyce recharges by traveling and watching the koi drift across her backyard pond. And yes, she's a cat person through and through.
