Steve had a vision for a different kind of home improvement company. He felt that if he treated customers fairly, earned their trust, and offered great products at a fair value, National Home Improvement could stand out from the other companies out there. We’ve been doing business this way for 25 years.

We don’t offer gimmicky pricing (nothing is ever really free), no tricks and no high pressure. Our estimates are individualized to best suit the needs of each homeowner.  There is never a down payment required and we try to work within your budget for a solution for your project.

What to expect at the consultation appointment—

  • We are low key and want you to be comfortable. This is about your home and your goals.
  • We listen. We want to know what you are looking for, what problems you want to solve and what you are hoping to accomplish.
  • We ask questions. We try to gather the information we need to best meet your goals.
  • We NEVER PRESSURE. We aren’t comfortable doing business that way and neither are you.
  • We are experienced and will take careful measurements and notes.
  • We will leave you with a written bid. Sometimes we need to get some more product information, in which case, we’ll get back to you quickly.
  • We respect your time and your home. We realize that having people in your house with your family can be stressful.

Steve offers “hands on” oversight of every project. He’s been in the home improvement industry many years and is solution oriented. National Home Improvement is always working to give you the best-looking job with the best quality products, so you’ll be glad you did business with us. Over the years, National Home Improvement has worked with a core team of installation professionals to ensure each job is done to our high standards of professionalism and superior workmanship. We really do care about our customers and their home.

As our company has grown through the years, we’re now starting to work with our second generation of homeowners. Nearly all of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. Sometimes when a new contact calls our office, we are surprised we’ve already not done work for them as we’ve met all the neighbors!
