Perfect snack for busy football weekends or a quick meal substitute. Nachos make gatherings fun and spice up the menu. 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Layer tortilla chips and shredded cheese on the paper.

Top with your favorite six (or more!) toppings.

  • Diced green pepper
  • Jalapeno pepper
  • Roasted corn kernels
  • Rinsed & drained black beans
  • Diced avocado
  • Diced red or white onions

Add another layer of shredded cheese & back for 10 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream. Serve with salsa.
