Josh Bohney
I bring over a decade of construction experience as a subcontractor, project manager, designer/sales, and division director. When the opportunity came to run my own business, roofing and home improvement were a natural fit, there's something satisfying about a family getting a beautiful new roof, new siding, or new windows in a matter of days, not months. I came aboard National Home Improvement & Roofing to bring that same standard of craftsmanship and honesty to homeowners across Colorado, where I was born and raised. Outside of work, I'm kept busy by my wife and our two young daughters, with a son on the way, all under the age of three! When I get a spare moment, you'll usually find me chasing an adventure in the mountains. I am building this team with the belief that a company is only as good as the people behind it, and every home should be treated like it's our own.
Operations Manager
Joyce
If you've called National Home Improvement & Roofing, chances are Joyce picked up. Now in her 26th year with the company, Joyce keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, coordinating crews, managing the calendar, and making sure sales and production never run into logjams. She knows nearly every customer by name and is usually the very first friendly voice they hear. A Colorado native who grew up in Glenwood Springs, Joyce and her husband count themselves lucky that both their grown sons still live nearby: Daniel, a middle school math teacher who loves connecting with kids through skate camps, and David, a data analyst for a consulting firm. Outside the office, Joyce recharges by traveling and watching the koi drift across her backyard pond. And yes, she's a cat person through and through.

Jeff Tucker
Jeff is a sales consultant and project manager at National Home Improvement and Roofing, guiding homeowners from the first inspection through the insurance claim to a finished roofing, siding, or window install. Detail-minded almost to a fault, he'd rather double-check a scope of work than leave a homeowner guessing, and he explains every step in plain language, no jargon and no runaround, so homeowners always have a real advocate in their corner. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys making the most of every season. He's the proud owner of a loyal German Shepherd who is always up for an adventure, and he's happily engaged to a beautiful woman, excited about the future they're building together. Winters usually find him snowmobiling through the mountains, while summers are spent exploring hiking trails. Jeff values the outdoors, good company, and keeping life simple.

Tim Swenson
Tim Swenson is a seasoned leader in the restoration industry, bringing 13 years of dedicated experience and a track record of over 1,200 successfully completed projects. A proud University of Kansas graduate, Tim built his foundation of discipline and a strong work ethic during his service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Today, he leverages those invaluable leadership skills in the restoration field, specializing in expertly navigating complex insurance claims to advocate for his clients and help them rebuild after a loss. Outside of his busy professional life, Tim is a devoted family man who deeply values the time he spends with his wife and three children. An adventurer at heart, he also has a profound love for traveling worldwide and exploring new cultures whenever the opportunity arises. Whether managing a large-scale multifamily restoration project, guiding a client through an intricate insurance claim, or embarking on a global trip with his family, Tim approaches every aspect of his life with the same signature Marine Corps dedication and enthusiasm.

Hunter Streph
Hunter is a sales consultant at National Home Improvement & Roofing, helping homeowners navigate the process from the initial conversation through the finished project. He believes buying a new roof, siding, or windows shouldn't feel complicated or pressured, so he focuses on making sure every homeowner understands their options and knows exactly what to expect. Whether answering questions, working through project details, or coordinating installation, Hunter takes pride in being responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with. Outside of work, Hunter loves spending time with his wife and two boys. Together, they enjoy playing at the park and wrestling on the living room floor. Hunter is also a pilot, so make sure to wave—because that plane flying overhead just might be him. Whether he's explaining the insurance process for a roof replacement or teaching a new student to fly, Hunter's concise yet detailed approach helps people feel informed, prepared, and confident in their decisions.
